We only ship within USA.
We offer Next Day shipping with UPS and FedEx. Please choose your preferred method of shipping during checkout.
We ship live creatures only from Monday to Wednesday.
Live guarantee is offered as long as the package is received upon delivery and with any DOAs reported within an hour. An unboxing video is required.
We are not responsible for any damage to the animals resulting from delays caused by the shipping service. Replacements can be sent, but the cost of shipping must be covered again.
