We offer Next Day shipping with FedEx.

We ship live creatures only from Monday to Wednesday.

Live guarantee is offered as long as the package is received upon delivery and with any DOAs reported within an hour. An unboxing video is required.

Shipping fee for replacements are covered for items over $200. For items under $200, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.
